Michael Thomas Wagner
Founder & CEO
Michael founded JESUSONDECK to fuse his two greatest passions — faith and skateboarding — into custom decks that carry meaning beyond the ride. He's also the author of the children's book Bella's Heavenly Ride (also available at Walmart), proving the JESUSONDECK mission extends from concrete to bookshelves.

How We Finish
After the engraving is complete, every deck is anointed and sealed in three deliberate stages — grounded in tradition, built for the pavement.
STAGE 01 · ANOINT
Frankincense
Cold-pressed frankincense is worked into the freshly engraved wood, drawing into the burn lines and giving the deck its warm, resinous aroma. It's the same resin the wise men carried — a small nod to the mission stitched into every board.
STAGE 02 · BLESS
Myrrh
A myrrh finish follows, penetrating the maple grain and setting up the surface for the final seal. It's a hand-rubbed step — slow, quiet work — that leaves the wood softer to the touch and darker in the shadows of the engraving.
STAGE 03 · SEAL
Spar Urethane (Gloss)
Three coats of marine-grade spar urethane lock everything in — UV resistant, water resistant, and hard enough to shrug off ledges and rails. What you get is a piece that can hang on a wall or eat concrete, and still look right either way.

A portion of every order will help fund projects or product donations with a shared goal in mind: giving back to skate communities around the world, making skateboarding a fun and accessible sport.
That means free complete setups for kids who can't afford one, local skate sessions, and support for our Holy Roller community.
