Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using JESUSONDECK's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use our services.
Products and Services
Custom Orders
- All custom orders are made-to-order and may take 7-14 business days to complete
- Design approval is required before production begins
- We reserve the right to refuse any design that conflicts with our values or mission
- Colors and finish may vary slightly from digital previews due to the nature of laser engraving
Pricing
- All prices are listed in US dollars
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination
Orders and Payment
Payment: We accept all major credit/debit cards, digital wallets, Afterpay, Cash App Pay, ACH transfers, and Square Gift Cards. Payments are securely processed by Square. Full payment is required before production begins on custom orders.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order.
Order Cancellation: Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Standard products may be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering.
Refunds and Returns
Custom Products: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders unless there is a defect in craftsmanship.
Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please document the damage with photos and contact us immediately. We will file a claim with the carrier and work to replace your item.
Intellectual Property
Our Content: All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and designs, is the property of JESUSONDECK and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Your Submissions: By submitting designs or images for custom orders, you represent that you own or have the rights to use such content. You grant us permission to use submitted content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
AI-Generated Designs: Designs created using our AI tools are provided for your personal use. We retain rights to display AI-generated designs in our gallery unless you opt out.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our services to:
- Submit designs containing copyrighted material you don't own
- Request designs promoting hate, violence, or illegal activities
- Attempt to circumvent our security measures
- Resell our products without authorization
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- Fraudulently claim veteran status or discounts
Limitation of Liability
JESUSONDECK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state where JESUSONDECK is headquartered.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
